Google Analytics - this is kind of my inner nerd. I like looking at the map that tells me where in the world people read my blog from. It is pretty incredible.
The Hacker’s Diet – B-man and I use this site to track our calories, and weight progression. You enter your goal weight, and date, and then you enter your weight every day, and the website gives you a projection line, and once you’re following the line, you are guaranteed to meet your goal! I have read some of the online-book, and we use the information to determine what a healthy weight goal is, and how many calories the average 5’6″ woman burns in a day, to help set-up my calorie limits.
